The CAAD Research Centre has more than 30 highly specialised and technologically advanced machines and technical instruments.
Our focus on research and patient care is realised thanks to the experience and expertise of our team, trained in the use of these machines.
Since the very beginning, our multi-disciplinary team of experts and our facilities have enabled us to take part in international European projects to research ever more effective and innovative ways to improve patient care.
CAAD is a member of the Italian Core Facilities Network (NICo).
NICo was founded in 2022 to foster synergies among life science Core Facilities, increase their visibility, and broaden access to platforms and services.
It promotes resource and expertise sharing between institutes through collaborative and open-innovation policies, providing advanced technologies supported by highly qualified staff.
NICo’s mission is to build an integrated network of Core Facilities that serves as a national and international benchmark for research excellence.
